1. Open-Source Software
The Nevoxe Pay platform incorporates open-source components licensed under permissive licenses, including the MIT License, Apache License 2.0, BSD licenses, and ISC License. We comply with the terms of each license, including notice retention and attribution obligations.
Our proprietary platform code — including API design, business logic, and UI — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nevoxe Pay, Inc. and is not licensed for external use except as described in our Terms of Service.
We do not incorporate GPL/AGPL-licensed components in our core production services. Where system-level tools operating under such licenses are used in operational environments, they are not linked to or distributed as part of our application.

The SIL Open Font License 1.1 permits free use, modification, and redistribution of covered fonts, provided the font is not sold independently. The ISC License is a permissive license functionally equivalent to the MIT License, requiring only copyright notice retention.

"Nevoxe Pay," "Nevoxe," and the Nevoxe Pay logo are trademarks of Nevoxe Pay, Inc. All rights reserved. Use of these marks for any commercial or public purpose requires prior written authorization from Nevoxe Pay, Inc.
Third-party product and company names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to these marks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
4. Cryptocurrency Network Attributions
Nevoxe Pay provides infrastructure to accept and process transactions on public blockchain networks. The following names and marks are the property of their respective foundations and organizations:
- Bitcoin (BTC) — Bitcoin Foundation
- Ethereum (ETH) — Ethereum Foundation
- Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) — Tether Operations Limited / Circle Internet Financial
- BNB Smart Chain (BSC) — BNB Chain Association
- Tron (TRX) — TRON Foundation
- Litecoin (LTC) — Litecoin Foundation
- Other supported networks — respective foundations or open-source projects
Nevoxe Pay supports these networks as an independent payment infrastructure provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any of the above organizations.
5. Software Bill of Materials (SBOM)
We maintain a complete, up-to-date Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) covering all production software components, versions, and their respective licenses.
The SBOM is available upon request to:
- Regulatory and supervisory authorities conducting oversight
- Institutional partners conducting vendor due diligence
- Independent auditors engaged for compliance assessments
